The Builders Terms Program is available to qualified candidates based on the sellers criteria* and consists of the following:
- Up to 3 weeks for financing approval & conceptual plan conditions
- 10% deposit due upon subject removal
- Once the non-refundable deposit is in place and the option to purchase is registered on the title:
- Southpoint will sign a letter of authorization for the builder to apply for a building permit with the City of Langford
- From Condition Removals:
- Southpoint will carry the lot for the Buyer for 120 days interest-free for plan approval and initial construction (foundation and framing)
- Completion, Possession, and Adjustment dates:
- 120 days from the date all conditions precedent are removed or deemed satisfied by the Buyer
- Buyers must use their own funds for preliminary construction works before the Completion Date when the title will transfer to the Buyer
